Ashley and Craig are two local business men, born and bred in the Thatcham and Newbury area.
“We both attended schools and the local college in Newbury before moving to Thatcham many years ago. Our mothers both worked on the same ward in Sandleford Hospital when it existed, so perhaps it was no-coincidence that we both began working in estate agency in 2002 and then together in 2006. When we opened Roots’ in 2016 is was an obvious decision to be in Thatcham’s town centre. We’ve grown our independent company over the eight years with an amazing team to become one of the most recognised brands for estate agency in the area, but we won’t stop there. Our ambitions are to continue our growth and not only be the best local estate agency, but also the best agency to work for.
